1. When can I start accessing CIMB Clicks?
 

CIMB Clicks is an Internet Banking portal that is accessible via the website (www.cimbclicks.com.sg) or on mobile (via CIMB Clicks Singapore app on iPhone or Android ) by all CIMB Bank Singapore’s retail banking customers who possess a Singapore-Dollar Current Account or Savings Account. It enables our them to perform banking transactions conveniently anytime, anywhere.

 

Step Via Our Branch Via Mail-In Application
1 Visit any CIMB Bank Singapore branch. Complete the Clicks Internet Banking Service Request Form and submit it to one of our Service Ambassadors.
Download the Clicks Internet Banking Service Request Form. Complete the form and mail it back to us.
2 You will be issued CIMB Clicks Activation Code, your chosen Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS (for SMS-OTP).
You will receive a CIMB Clicks Activation Code and your chosen Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS (for SMS-OTP).

The Activation Code and SMS will be sent to you within 5 business days upon our receipt of your application form.

3 After you receive your CIMB Clicks Activation Code and have either mode of your OTP ready, you may perform your First Time Login to choose your very own CIMB Clicks ID and password.

2. I got an error message indicating that my password is incorrect. What shall I do?
  You have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter your password. Please retry by keying in your correct CIMB Clicks ID and password again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your Internet Banking access will be suspended to safeguard you against unauthorised access. Contact Us if you need any assistance.

3. What shall I do if I have forgotten my CIMB Clicks ID or password?
 

You will need to have the 6 digit Activation Code that was issued to you when you applied for Clicks Internet Banking to retrieve your CIMB Clicks ID and reset your password.

4. What shall I do if I have forgotten my CIMB Clicks activation code?
 

Please contact CIMB At-Your-Service at +65 6333 7777 and we will send you a new Activation Code to your registered mobile number within 1 working day. Alternatively, you may visit any of our branches to request for the Activation Code which will be instantly issued to you.
