Replacement of your token due to genuine damages will be free of charge. However, if you’ve lost or damaged the device due to negligence, you’ll be subjected to a charge of SGD20.

Habits that you should cultivate:

• Always keep your OTP token in a safe and secured place, preferably in a hidden location.
• OTP token should be kept in a dry place that is safe from extreme fluctuation of temperature.
• Personalize your token if you choose. Eg. Attach it to a special key chain. However, do not stick on anything that may disclose your identity eg. Your name and mailing address.
  

Habits that you should kick:

• Do not place your OTP token on any wet surface or submerge it underwater as the device will get spoilt.
• Do not expose the OTP token to extreme temperatures eg. Leave it on the dash board of your car which is parked under the scorching sun.
• Do not dangle your OTP token from the balcony of a high rise building or while standing at the top of a staircase.
• Do not tamper with the OTP token eg. Opening the device, removing the battery or circuit board, etc.
• Do not let your child or pet play with it as a toy.
