2. I got an error message indicating that my password is incorrect. What shall I do?
  You have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter your password. Please retry by keying in your correct CIMB Clicks ID and password again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your Internet Banking access will be suspended to safeguard you against unauthorised access. Contact Us if you need any assistance.

3. Why does my browser time out when I leave it idle?
  This is a built-in security feature that will automatically log you out of the CIMB Clicks website after 5 minutes of non-activity on your browser. This is incorporated to ensure that your accounts are not accessed by unauthorised individuals should you leave your PC unattended.

4. How can I view my CIMB Malaysia accounts via CIMB Clicks Singapore?
  You need to link your Malaysia accounts before you can view them on www.cimbclicks.com.sg. You may find the “Link My CIMB Malaysia A/C” option on the left navigation panel of the CIMB Clicks website after login.

5. What shall I do if my Internet connection gets cut off amidst an online transaction?
  Should you experience any interruptions at any stage while performing a transaction through CIMB Clicks, you are advised to check on the status of the transaction by verifying it on your account balance and/or transaction history. Only successful transactions will be displayed in your account transaction history. In addition, you may check via the "Clicks Activity Enquiry" option on the left navigation panel of the CIMB Clicks website.
