2. What is the difference between the new Security Device and the existing SMS-OTP authentication?
In addition to generating a random One-Time-Password (OTP) similar to your existing SMS-OTP, the Security Device provides you enhanced protection against online fraudulent transactions by generating an OTP that is unique to the transaction information. This prevents any unauthorised transactions from being performed via Clicks Internet Banking.
