CIMB Clicks on Mobile provides you the added convenience of performing key banking transactions via your mobile phone, whilst on the move. The free CIMB Clicks Singapore App can be dowloaded onto your iPhone or Android device from the iTunes Apple Store or Google Play Store.

2. What can I do with CIMB Clicks on Mobile?
 

You may perform most of the commonly used online transactions including the following with CIMB Clicks on Mobile:

  • Account enquiry on your product holdings in CIMB Singapore and Malaysia
  • Transfer funds and payments
    1. Between CIMB Singapore accounts
    2. To your CIMB Malaysia and CIMB Niaga accounts
    3. To other banks in Singapore via FAST
    4. To other banks in Singapore via NON FAST
    5. Via PayNow and Scan and Pay
    6. To your ‘favourite’ bill payees in Singapore
    7. Apply for Cashiers Order and Demand Drafts
  • Services
    1. Apply for Current, Savings and Fixed Deposit accounts
    2. Update SGD Fixed Deposit maturity instructions
    3. Stop cheque
    4. Request for Credit Card PIN
    5. Report lost Credit or ATM cards
    6. Update Mailing Address, Contact Numbers and Email Address

4. How do I download and install CIMB Clicks app into my iPhone?
  To download the app, just follow these simple steps:

1. Access iTune Apple Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store on your Android Phone
2. Search for "CIMB Clicks Singapore" under the search option.
3. Choose the "CIMB Clicks Singapore" app and install it.

5. How do I access my account via CIMB Clicks on Mobile?
  For existing CIMB Clicks users, you may log in to CIMB Clicks mobile app using the same CIMB Clicks ID and password you have been using to access www.cimbclicks.com.sg.

If you're not a CIMB Clicks user yet, simply follow these steps to sign up.

Note: For new CIMB Clicks users, you will be required to perform your First-Time Login via www.cimbclicks.com.sg before you proceed to log in to CIMB Clicks on Mobile.

6. Is there a fee for downloading or using CIMB Clicks on Mobile?
 

CIMB Clicks on Mobile is a free service provided by CIMB Bank to facilitate our customers to conveniently bank with us on the move. However, SMS and data access charges may apply and you will need to consult your mobile service provider for details on SMS and data charges.

7. Why am I unable to perform funds transfers to other CIMB Singapore accounts or pay any of the billers via CIMB Clicks on Mobile?
 

These transactions can only be carried out via CIMB Clicks on Mobile if you have already added 3rd party accounts and payees as “Favourites” via www.cimbclicks.com.sg.

8. How do I add new 3rd party accounts or payees as Favourites on CIMB Clicks on Mobile?
 

You may add Favourite accounts and/or payees any time via www.cimbclicks.com.sg, and these accounts and payees will be available immediately via CIMB Clicks on Mobile for your access.

9. If my mobile phone with CIMB Clicks on Mobile app installed is lost/stolen, will my banking details be compromised?
  If you are a Digital Token user, please alert CIMB Bank immediately so that we can assist you to disable your Digital Token. Please also ensure that your telco is alerted as important eAlert messages may be sent to you via SMS'es.
