CIMB Clicks on mobile provides you the added convenience of performing key banking transactions via your mobile phone, whilst on the move. The free CIMB Clicks Singapore App can be dowloaded onto your iPhone or Android from the iTunes Apple Store or Google Play Store.

    2. to your Favourite 3rd party CIMB Singapore accounts.
    3. to your Favourite Other Banks accounts
    4. to Non-Favourite Other Banks accounts (only for transfer via FAST)

  To download the app, just follow these simple steps:

1. Access iTune Apple Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store on your Android Phone
2. Search for "CIMB Clicks Singapore" under the search option.
3. Choose the "CIMB Clicks Singapore" app and install it.

5. How do I access my account via CIMB Clicks on mobile?
  For existing CIMB Clicks users, you may log in to CIMB Clicks mobile app using the same CIMB Clicks ID and password you have been using to access www.cimbclicks.com.sg.

If you're not a CIMB Clicks user yet, simply follow these steps to sign up.

Note: For new CIMB Clicks users, you will be required to perform your First-Time Login via www.cimbclicks.com.sg before you proceed to log in to CIMB Clicks on mobile.

CIMB Clicks on mobile is a free service provided by CIMB Bank to facilitate our customers to conveniently bank with us on the move. However, SMS and data access charges may apply and you will need to consult your mobile service provider for details on SMS and data charges.

7. Why am I not able to perform funds transfer to other accounts or pay any of the billers via CIMB Clicks on mobile?
 

These transactions can only be carried out via CIMB Clicks on mobile if you have already added 3rd party accounts and payees as “Favourites” via www.cimbclicks.com.sg. However, you may transfer funds via FAST without having to create the other (participating) bank’s account as a Favourite.

8. How do I add new 3rd party accounts or payees as Favourites on CIMB Clicks on mobile?
 

You may add Favourite accounts and/or payees any time via www.cimbclicks.com.sg, and these accounts and payees will be available immediately via CIMB Clicks on mobile for your access.

9. If my mobile phone with CIMB Clicks on Mobile app installed is lost/stolen, will my banking details be compromised?
  No. CIMB Clicks on Mobile app does not store any Clicks Login credentials and banking information on the app itself. However, if you have requested to receive One-Time-Password (OTP) via that lost mobile phone number, please alert CIMB Bank immediately.

This could be due to:

  • Poor network connectivity
